Shipping Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Free shipping is applicable on all orders above INR 999. For all orders of INR 999 and below that amount, a shipping fee of ₹70 would be levied. Cash on Delivery charges are separate and not included in the shipping & handling fees. For cash on delivery, an amount of INR 50 would be charged.
Please Note: COD option is not available for orders above INR 5000.
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies. Orders are shipped within maximum 2-4 working days. It usually takes Upto 8-10 Working Days for the Delivery. The Kurta Company is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within maximum 3-5 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the shipping date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery of all orders will be done at the address mentioned by the buyer while placing the order. The Kurta Company is no way responsible for any damage caused to the order while in transit to the buyer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Free shipping is not applicable for international shipping. For international buyers, orders are shipped through registered international courier companies. Orders are shipped within maximum 2-4 working days. It usually takes Upto 15 Working Days for the Delivery.
The Kurta Company is not liable for any delay caused in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within maximum 3-4 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the shipping date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be done at the address mentioned by the buyer in the order. The Kurta Company is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
If custom duty is applicable in your selected country of shipping, then it is to be borne by the customer. Duty may vary from country to country. Custom clearance is not The Kurta Company’s responsibility.
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to comply with the customs clearance process or payments or any laws and regulation prevailing in their own countries. Jadeblue Lifestyle India Limited (The Kurta Company) will not be held responsible by any means and will not offer any compensation in such cases.
